Drift CastawayFirst unit had a roof leak and water damage on my property, upper management did not want to let me move to a different unit but finally relented, and then 2 months later increase my rent by 50%. There's also absolutely no way to contact customer service. The lady that works the desk is absolutely phenomenal and this review is 100% not about her. This review is 100% about my absolutely abysmal experience and complete and utter disregard for their customers on a managerial level.
