Everything is great! I’d wish they had the out gate with a key pad & etc where you could come in or out for easier backing of RV’s into parking areas (this is big problem for some). The 15 amp electric is very nice for keeping batteries etc going, but more power would be nice to keep AC going to hold down heat and moisture even if it was metered (as long as they didn’t go crazy with charges). I’m a Landlord of commercial properties and had my RV there (OUTSIDE) on FPL meter and with both AC’s set at higher temps my bill was usually under 40.00! Under cover should be less. Great Clean Place!!
