Superior customer service by Paul
Easy check in and paperwork. Their app is easy to set up and use. However, the reason why I chose this facility was because of the customer service I received by Paul. Started with my initial phone call during my search. This site wasn't the closest to my home but I feel that the customer experience is more important than the extra miles.

Six months, doubled the price. Fairly old building with only one, slow, elevator. Moved to a nicer facility and better location before higher price took affect.
