Everything is good except the door is very difficult to open. I sprayed it with lubricant and it helped..springs may need adjusting or possibly replaced..

Great Experience
The managers are the best! So helpful and friendly-really great people. The facility is always in great condition and the price is fair. I've rented at other facilities but this one has been a pleasure. Hope they are there as long as I am.
Jefferson Atlantic Self Storage
I was looking for a climate controlled storage unit online and was referred to Jefferson Atlantic Self Storage. I am so glad I was! I have AAA so I got a discount I wouldn't have thought of, the managers Angela & Richard were so helpful from beginning to end of the process. I was concerned about picking a unit that was too small/too big for my needs and they helped me pick just the right size for me. Pricing is great for climate control, everywhere else was really high in comparison. Thank you for everything!
Great moving experience
I was treated with a friendly smile & conversation....the facility was so clean & the manager came over from time to time to check on our progress & was very kind...I would definitely recommend Atlantic storage to anyone that would ask for a recommendation of storage facility...my experience was a pleasant albeit long movi g process but nevertheless pleasant

Overlocks unit on the 6th day after payment due! That's nearly 1/2 if the national average. They suspend gatecode, remotely. Nobody even works there, they just LIVE there. Elevator has been intermittently working the entire time I've rented which means that disabled people have to haul everything up & down stairs. No reduced rent when elevator is not working. No loyalty perks for long-term renters. Nothing personable about this company or at least the location. And if you have a vehicle that's not jacked up, you cannot get in or out the parking lot without severely scrapping & grinding the underside of your vehicle. I've had my exhaust repaired twice before realizing they are the reason why so now all my storage items are stuck there with NO vehicular access! Run! Save yourself the unnecessary stress & rent from somewhere where you are valued or at the very least get what you pay for!
Jamie RosenbergerAfter a yr of waiting for elevator to be fixed (no one contacted us to say it was broken or fixed) it finally was fixed. Now I come here with my husband to put some very heavy stuff in unit to find elevator is not working yet again. Idk if it’s broken or not because when I called and asked I was told it shouldn’t be they will try to find someone to come look at it. I asked for a call back and currently haven’t received one so here we sit waiting in the hot sun. I’m a veteran and I have MS on top of a car accident a yr ago so I can not help him get it up any stairs nor can he do alone with his back. Idk what I’m paying $300 a month for but this is ridiculous.
Annie MezaIn this world of the economy that we have and the poor customer service I can tell you that my experience at this location was nothing but top notch. Lisa is a complete treasure, she is professional yet very kind and very polite. Every single time I either went in to the office or saw her on the grounds I was always greeted with a smile and a wave. This location is very clean and has easy access from Blanding Boulevard. If I am ever in need again I will definitely be going to this location any company at all would be lucky to have an employee like Lisa

My husband and I found the process stress free... while we are moving(which is stressful enough). Thank you so much for a hassle free storage option.
