Good price, close location, seemed secure. Slight mixup with completing rental but nothing major.
Front office didn't have drop box for locks that weren't needed
Place used a kiosk. They took the person to person contact a way so trying to communicate was hard. Only having a phone number to call. No one on site

Jessica ThurowWas not as good as I had originally posted... they reserved a unit in another location than I had requested. They wanted me to cancel my account, not refund the admin fee for the error, and refused to give me a confirmation number for the cancellation. Setting up is easy, but correcting errors is difficult. Not pleased.
