New but a few issues
The kiosk had no sound so I couldn't communicate with customer service and find where to go to my unit. They still had me reserved for the 5x5 when I wanted the 5x10. So I have to call Cs to fix that. The doors had no ramps to make it easy to get the carts in and out of door and no door stop to ease moving through exterior or interior doors making it a hassle for myself moving alone.

I had a very positive experience With management ebony allen She went above and beyond service to help me with a lock cut situation and a asap need to get in storage. She was very helpful and a pleasant , polite , caring person through the situation and my first time using public storage was very clean and secure 🔐 and would recommend if anyone is needing a storage facilities.
Andy McNettIt was ok. When I first got there, the unit they assigned me was already being used. Climate controlled but just barely, air was warm. They also raised the price on me after a few months.
