⭐️ 1 Star – Rent at Your Own Risk I rented a climate-controlled unit at this Public Storage location and returned to find a giant roach infestation. I’m talking large roaches and hundreds of droppings inside my sealed boxes and packages. My belongings were damaged and contaminated. This unit was advertised as climate controlled, but it was clearly NOT pest controlled. Climate control means nothing if your items are being destroyed by insects. The infestation shows serious neglect and lack of proper maintenance. I will be filing a claim for damages caused by this roach infestation. I have photos for proof—see pictures if you’re considering renting here. You have been warned. Store your belongings here at your own risk!

I move in was easy and seamless. I had trouble opening the door just because I am not as agile as I use to be and I received assistance from Mo who is the manager at my site. He was so kind and very helpful. He showed me how to open the door easily and how the lock fits into the door. He was the reason my move in was seamless. Thank you Mo for your kindness and assistance.

Mary has been great, above & beyond helpful &very kind since my 1st phone with her. She told on the phone to come by and she would help me set up my app and answere my questions& we did that very thourghoughly. She'sreally great with people & customer service.

The positive reviews surprise me. I've had storage in various places over the years and Public Storage is not at the standard of others. Specific problems: -Though it's a large facility, nobody works onsite. If you call the main Public Storage number and choose the option to "speak with your local manager," you will reach a number saying that the number has been disconnected. -To get to a human being, the only way was to call the Sales department. They pick up immediately and can then transfer you to Customer Service. It's true that there is a screen you can talk with onsite, but it can't actually do much, in my experience -- it certainly can't show you a unit or deal with anything physical. -There was a roof leak above my unit. It was fixed after a few days, but the responsiveness was not great -- employee morale appeared low. The leak damaged 3 boxes of my goods and the representative I talked with said there was nothing they could do about it. (I should have moved my goods then, but was too busy.) -Prices escalate rapidly. My inside unit went up almost 300% over 5 years. I finally found time to move my goods to another facility and will certainly not be choosing Public Storage again. It's not my normal practice to write negative reviews but I'm writing this now in hopes to help protect other potential customers who are considering Public Storage.

Everything was very convenient, online reservation to location. Unit is exactly what I was expecting and needed. Great customer service so far as well.
