Kenny was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very nice.
Kenny reached right out to me with availabilty and confirmed pricing. He met with me to review the space and was very helpful finalizing the paperwork. He reviewed all the operational details, times of service etc. I moved into my space on Monday March 4th, I had not received my code, so Kenny let me right in and then sent my code as soon as it was available. Space is great and easy to use. You have a Great Associate in Kenny.
I would recommend this facility without any reservations whatsover.
I was impressed with customer service by Lorie, the cleanliness of the facility, and the ease of moving my things in. The location is easily accessible for highway 41 and the interstate. I felt safe with security cameras and knowing Lorie was at the desk. Lorie went the extra mile to help me open my storage unit.
