My experience with Tracy at CubeSmart Self Storage was absolutely outstanding. My wife, our two young children, and I came in late on a Saturday afternoon needing a storage unit, and Tracy immediately stepped in to help. Tracy was doing an amazing job handling both storage facilities on this day. Even though the unit size we needed wasn’t available at that specific CubeSmart location, she went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. Tracy took the time to locate another CubeSmart Self Storage nearby and helped us get set up with a unit there that met our needs perfectly. She was incredibly personable, friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us. When you’re moving or dealing with storage needs with a family, it can be stressful—but Tracy made the entire experience smooth and easy. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it truly stood out. We cannot say enough good things about Tracy and our experience with CubeSmart. I've had a great experience with CubeSmart thus far. Fernando was kind and gave me an upfront courtesy call, and checked in with me as I was finishing up unloading my things. Tracy at the front desk was exceptional. Truly professional and friendly. She explained everything clearly, and had me set up AND personally showed me to my unit (its a rather large facility). Both employees were pleasant to work with. The facility itself is incredibly clean, well kept, and I'm confident my things will be safe. On top of all of that, the price I recieved for a climate controlled unit simply cant be beat. I highly recommend this facility here in New Smyrna Beach!

I recently had the need for a different size unit and both Fernando & Tracy were extremely helpful in finding one very close and fast! I was recently exploring storage options for my family. I was nervous and also cost conscious about trying to find the best soluton. Each call I made to the office connected me to staff was friendly, warm and professional. I finally made the visit to the office and met with Fernando. He greeted me with a warm smile. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, informative, welcoming, friendly and compassionate. The cost is still higher than I wish to pay, however, they genuinely made every effort to meet me on a human level while ensuring business practice standards. The experience here is worth the interaction. I had dealt with Public storage who had been in the business before cubesmart but they need lessons in customer service. Public storage is dying because of they lost site of the customers that helped them grow their business. Phone calls are rude, impatient and often disrespectful. Cubesmart New Smyrna Beach (Resulli Street location), led by Fernando and his staff are setting the standards on IMPECCABLE Customer service standards that other industry competitors can learn from..
