I found a great deal online, signing up was simple. Lacey from my location contacted me the very next morning ( I signed up around 11 at night ) and she actually help me complete the process and stayed on the phone with me because I had trouble paying with my phone. Once I was on my laptop no issues and it was all wrapped up easy peasy!!! The day I finally arrived ( on a Sunday) I could not find the text or email with my info and I couldn't log in so there i sat stuck with a car full of stuff. Lacey ( i found out later was on her way to lunch no less ) could see something was up so she very kindly stopped and asked if she could help, we went back into the office and she was able to look up my information with my license and even recognized my name from before !!!! She is out there doing a great job with a wonderful attitude helps people move stuff in and out which sometimes can be very stressful and she kept it light and extremely helpful with her great can do attitude!!!! You are truly an asset Lacey !!!! Thank you for your help and have a great day !!! It's also refreshing to see a business respond to a review in a timely manner ... great job all around!!
