Customer service was great, building and units were also clean. Only thing all elevators was down & my move in unit was up stairs. Great service to accommodate inconvenience.

The sign up, move in, and helpful employees from start to end. We only needed a unit for less than a month. The only issue we had was with the keyless entry. Good idea but should give older clients an option for old school lock and key.
Brent TurnwallJennifer and Sara were great help. Very knowledgeable. The only reason why it’s a four and not five star is because the units open via Bluetooth and some parts of the building is a dead zone for phones. But again, Jennifer and Sarah were a great help
Shante TurnwallThe building, does not have great signal throughout which can make it difficult for some units with keyless locks, however the staff is 5+ stars! Jennifer was amazing showing us all the options and making it easy to find what we needed, verifying we would have a signal at our unit and getting the lease completed in fast fashion. Sara also in the office, offered any assistance we may need in the future. Thank you ladies!
