TERRIBLE move in experience. Wish I had checked this location out before signing up. I arrived 12/24 well within office hours with an SUV loaded with heavy boxes that I was moving from another storage. 1) The office was closed 2) THEY HAD NO CARTS TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS. In EVERY storage facility there are plenty of heavy duty carts so you can move boxes and heavy things from your car and within the facility. If they get stolen then the facility needs to do a better job policing them but they must still provide them. It is impossible without them. Inside the closed office you could see the two or three carts they do have locked up out of reach. No one answered the phone. So I had to buy one. BUT since my car was full of boxes there was no room for the cart!! I was totally screwed. It tool me 3 additional hours and $200. I missed Christmas eve dinner with my family,
