It was my greatest honor to know Lourdes as she is nothing short of a superstar. She treats people like friends and not customers. Lourdes takes the time to find out what you really need as the last thing she is, is a salesperson. Her kindness is only surpassed by her decency and unlimited professionalism. If PS is truly interested in being the top brand in the storage industry, find a way to clone her and place her throughout your entire system. Dennis GingrichWe had a move scheduled yesterday with 2 movers and a U-Haul truck. Elevator was broke when we got there and it took them 6 hours to get someone out. The move cost us an extra $800 due to going down 3 flights of stairs. We called corporate and they were useless. No action whatsoever. Will never use this company again. Better off with the smaller companies and I would think they should reimburse us due to this being the storage companies fault.This is no fault of the person working the desk. She did what she could to help us. Totally management fault.
