First month free not offered to online customers
The "first month free" that’s advertised on the building is not offered to customers who register online. When I asked about the offer, upon arriving, I was told that the offer is for walk-ins only which is disappointing because I signed up online taking into consideration the staff’s time; not wanting to bombard them as a walk-in while there’s an option to give them a heads up. I wish I would have walked-in; could have potentially saved some cash.
