Ana was so incredibly helpful. When I realized the unit I originally booked wasn’t going to be big enough, she assisted me in finding one that would fit all of my stuff but still be on the first floor. Also, the lock I purchased kept getting stuck for some reason, but instead of letting me just deal with it, Ana took it upon herself to open another packaging with a different lock so I wouldn’t have a hassle every time I open my storage unit. Overall, great experiences so far!
