Exceptional Service - Price - Facility
Are you familiar with that sour taste you get in your mouth with the mere thought of having to rent a storage unit, go through all the motions to finally get to the door of your unit & open it so you can start moving your belongings into it.... Well you can kiss that sour taste in your mouth goodbye because you're going to gobble up this storage facility in Melbourne called Value Store It . I was so impressed from the minute I walked in until the minute I finished & walked out with a smile on my face. The customer service is incredible. The prices are incredible & the facility is absolutely brand new. Happy Moving !

Great experience with Value Store It Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and really well maintained. What made the biggest difference was the manager Tommy. he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I did particularly like that when I left my unit I didn’t have to pay for an extra month like a gym membership the day I moved out I just finished out that month and they didn’t charge me for an additional month
