The move in was easy. All the paperwork is online and their staff can be easily reached for any questions. The building is very clean, super safe and it's a great place to store your extra shtuff. :)

This place has some of the rudest managers I have ever talk to I call to talk to them about my storage unit and to see if it was in good standing or not and see if they good work something out with me if it was in bad standing.. come to find out it is in bad standing and all the lady could say if you can't pay on you unit before November 24 it's going to be Auction off with no type of sympathy for understanding oh willingness to try to help me out so I don't lose everything I own because I am homeless you just tell me my things are going to be auctioned and hangs up on me because you can't answer my question buy a email I got talking about a payment that due in December

Candi MishkoI've been at this storage unit for 15 years. I closed out my unit for a bigger one and was told that because I didn't return the lock, though I did leave the keys, the lock didn't fit in the outdoor drop box, I was charged for Feb.@ 400.00 for this 5x10 unit. Called customer service and was given an oral "the rules" with no actual customer service, and wasn't professional at all and rude.
