Friendly service with a mask smile
If there was very informative offered additional products like cover for the bed mothballs things like that showed me my storage unit that I was purchasing make sure it was going to be big enough walked me through the whole process didn't have any problems with them like I said there were very informative and great
Facilities are all clean and well kept. My unit is at the Longwood location. All employees are very knowledgeable and were extremely helpful with my reservation.
Clean and well kept. This is a good value and almost $60 cheaper than the Altamonte location.
I have recently rented at 2 Public Storage units, the first one not climate controlled, and then decided that I did need a climate controlled unit based on changes of what I needed to store. Kimberly waited on me at both locations, and she was an extremely pleasant, polite, cheerful person who was a pleasure to work with. Both units were clean, and the facts for each were clearly explained. The only downside that I would comment on is that there is no refund of the unused portion of the month, but that is a company policy issue. It would be nice if, in cases like mine, where a client is upgrading to a different type of unit, that a portion be transferred.
