Clean and new facility
Sometimes the property manager is not at this location, but you can find someone down the street at the nearby location who are very helpful. Place is nice and clean. You can get in the gate just with the app, no need to open your car window especially if it's raining ðŸ‘

Super Service and Very easy
Found this facility online and reserved the unit there. Then went to facility and everything was just like they said. Totally open and honest. The place was super clean too Everyone was very helpful and made putting my stuff in storage very easy. Loved the price!
Moved cross county
I chose Public storage on line. Very friendly and helpful over the phone. When I got to Florida,I realized that I needed a larger unit. One came available and was an easy change of units. This happened the same day my household goods from Washington state.

Buyer beware! This review is for Public Storage Corporate. I rented a unit online for this location in FL for my senior mother on a strict budget and signed a contract online. The rate advertised online was $68 per month. By reading the website as you click through each step, at NO POINT does it say rate is month to month and subject to change. It also does not mention, you need to purchase a lock for $19.99 and insurance for $20 per month. So I had to pay now an additional $40 to move in, only mentioned on the very last step. After 4 months my rent was raised to $105 per month. When I called they told me “someone should have explained this to you. 😑 how about I sell you a smaller unit? You have a very good price, there’s nothing we can do” This is a practice of consumer deception and is unethical. I will never use public storage again.
Daniel AlessiAlan was very helpful and he really took care of all my needs and gave me all information I needed. He not only helped me with my rental online, but he showed me my units before I completed the rental. Really the best experience I ever had renting a warehouse!! I also need to add that Val is also exceptionally friendly, courteous and accommodating as well. Because of Val, I now have a 3rd rental in the same facility. Thank you Val for the heads up!

Highly recommend this business. My unit was clean and waiting for me. Easy to access yard and unit. Security cameras were visible and worked well. Monitors visible in office. Overall very clean. Probably the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever used.
Anthony LauroBait and switch pricing!!! Just know if you rent a space here once you're moved in they will jack up your rate within a few months. My space went up from $228 to $335!!! That's an insane monthly price increase. This is why they only have monthly contracts. They know it's a pain to move and use it to extort more money from you. Also know there is NEVER anyone on property. Getting a hold of a live person if you have a problem is impossible. You have to go thru the 800 number and it's a nightmare. Worst storage facility ever.
