We needed storage and once again Anita delivered a great bargain. I actually got a larger unit than tan expected because her trainee Tory was very knowledgeable and showed me a 10x10 that was perfect. Anita deserves a raise. No, she is not related to me and I never leave google reviews but her energy and service was incredible so I took the time to write this.

So disappointed with how greedy the are. My bank info was stolen so I had to get a new card. I called them a few days before my monthly change abs was told they couldn’t take the info I’ve the phone but rather had to send me form. I filled out the form and thought I was good. I didn’t get a phone call right away or anything telling me that the expiration date didn’t go through. Anyway, a couple days later my mother ended up in the hospital and passed away. By the end of the month heart broken and not knowing what to do considering my lose I saw they had called. And I was then told they needed more information In the end they charged my card over $400. I was one month late and wouldn’t have been if they just took my info over the phone. I cried to the woman and told her what happen and she seeme empathetic and then charged me $400 plus. I am a single mom so every penny counts. I thought I would be charged $200. The late $100 abs the following months $100 change. But $400. Who does that… greedy, heartless people that’s who. I’d love to know what the extra $200 was for. That literally was grocery money.
