I did some due diligence online prior to renting. I found the staff incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! They explained all the policies regarding move-in / out, billing and payments, insurance, locks, etc. They helped secure my move-in date and showed me my unit prior to signing my paperwork. I've used multiple storage facilities throughout the years and I've never had as good an experience as I had with Burt and Barbara. They even gave me a goodie bag with key chains, pens, hand sanitizer and a water bottle. Who does that? I can't recommend this facility more highly!
