I reserved a unit online and the very next day, Aisha contacted me and thanked me for doing business with CubeSmart. I was also greeted at the door by this lovely, young lady who is very enthusiastic about her job - helping people! Best customer service ever! I was also introduced to Jose who was just as friendly and helpful as Aisha. If anyone needs temporary storage - THIS IS THE PLACE!

I spoke on the phone with Lakiesha, the manager, a few times before we actually met her. She couldn’t have been lovelier or more helpful. She explained everything very clearly and efficiently when we went to the facility in Mandarin, FL. We asked about all possible discounts and promotions and she helped us with that also. Lakiesha continued to help us understand how the elevators worked and getting into our storage unit.The facility was so clean and spotless. We were very impressed. Looking forward to a long relationship with CubeSmart.
