I'll give one star because my unit is nice. But Joe and his wife Marilyn were always letting tenants live or sleep in their units, which I know is NOT ALOUD. When brought to their attention about it they acted like they really didn't care to hear it an the look on their face said it all. I have first hand knowledge of which tenant/tenants it is that does live or stay in their unit. If a head person would like to meet me in the office I can give the info to them if needed. I know that team is no longer with the company that's why I now feel safe about posting and reporting the info I have.
mdbygodCalvin provided flawless care and attention, listening to what I was seeking in a suitable storage unit. He was very kind and respectful towards me. He explained the difference in the units and allowed me to tour the different sizes. The unit was very clean and I truly liked that. I think also it would be beneficial to have a bar stool added for customer comfort while completing contracts; as well as seating for people coming to secure services or to pay their bill while waiting. This this will help with “customer” first prioritization.
