I moved in because of the great intro deal, but that didn’t last long. Every few months, like clockwork, the price goes up—sometimes by a lot. I get that prices can change, but this feels excessive and kind of sneaky. What started as a good deal has turned into me paying way more than I ever expected. Just be aware—if you plan to stay long-term, that “cheap” price won’t stick around. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when moving isn’t easy or cheap. If you’re thinking of using this place long-term, be prepared for your storage cost to skyrocket. They use the old bait-and-switch tactic—cheap move-in deal to get you in, then surprise rate hikes every few months. My rent has gone up significantly since I moved in, with no improvements to justify the cost. They count on the fact that moving your stuff elsewhere is a hassle. It’s not fair to customers and feels very predatory. If I had known how fast and often the price would go up, I would’ve looked elsewhere. The gate is broken more often than its not. For nearly $400 /month for parking, I expect security and better lighting, if something happens and you go to the office to check the footage, they say they're not working or office doesn't allow them. What am I paying all this money for.

Both Angel and Jubel (hopefully I spelled both correctly), were very kind and helpful both in the process of my choosing a unit all the way to moving my items out. They and every other employee I encountered were very cordial, and if they didn't have an answer they found someone who did. Thanks for making the process less stressful.

Money hungry. Very greedy . Prices go up every 2-3 months. They loop you in with some deal and then they start increasing the rent $30 at a time. They talk about security , the gate is always broken. Random people going an out as they please. You pay over $300 for a parking lot and they don’t even let you use their garbage . There is many other places around for a lot less.

Shay Goes above and beyond to help anybody, I have never called that she was not kind courteous and very helpful. She is really an asset to this company.
