Very easy process to rent
I was flooded with hurricane Helene. We needed storage space immediately, and we just went online and found this place. With a few clicks, we were signed up and ready to move in. The process is very easy. The elevators are big enough that you can put three flat bed carts that they provide at a time. It is climate controlled and very clean. Staff was very helpful on the second day when we had to rent another unit. I would highly recommend this facility.

Pros: Staff was courteous, patient, informative, & the place was looked to have a solid construction, clean, and quiet ambiance, and security cameras everywhere. I was pleased with the interaction and the facility. I would feel like my things were safe here. Con’s: The 10x10 storage unit that I saw didn’t have a light in the unit, so if you went there in the evening, you would need to use your cell light, a flashlight, or some other type of light, to move around in this unit. Also, I’ve seen other storage companies leave little extermination packets inside the units, but I didn’t see anything in this one, so I’m not sure how they exterminate the units, but it was clean.
