They can be difficult to reach via phone because they’re not always on site but will generally call back within a reasonable timeframe. I was able to reach them to renegotiate my storage unit price and found the attendant to be helpful and understanding of my needs and situation. Be patient when calling but they will get back to you
SharmaineThey make you pay for 3 months of storage up front and on the 4th month, they double the cost hoping that you have so much stuff in storage that you cannot just up and move it. Thankfully I only needed to store a few items. The good news is I was able to give those items to a family in need at not cost to them bc truly they were doing me a favor by taking the items. Please be careful of deceptive practices and choose wisely. The place is not climate controlled, no one is ever in there office so they more than likely have minimal overhead, and the ceilings inside the unit was caving in. If you need to do repairs, figure it out but there is no need to double the cost on customers. Good riddance.
