The lady was excellent. The truck we rented was set with a short ramp looking like you were walking very bad pitch. Needed longer ramp for it to work for anyone moving .. otherwise everything was great with the service. Units were clean and plenty of units available I believe.

Never had a problem with the people who run it n maintenance it very helpful and willing to work with you if you have a problem or issue. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I have been customer for almost two years and unexpectedly the rates went up now mind you I have been there two years and was hit with a raise in monthly payments which I think people who have been there steady payment of on time each month should be waived n kept at the move in rate at the time of move in unless otherwise having dealt with on going late payments and nonpayment should be effected due to the cost increases but other than that I have had nothing but good things to switch the one exception which was mentioned in my review

I have been renting from here for right around 8 yrs now.i absolutely love and adore Valerie whom is the onsight manager there.Valerie is just about the kindest person you will ever meet that i can guarantee you.she will not only help you but she will go above and beyond to help you.she is definitely a lovely,lovely loving Christian and i know the Lord will be opening the gate for her when she arives which is ironic because thats what she does everyday.one more thing to say.I hope with the price increase that Valerie gets a substantial raise out of because she definitely deserves it.
