I haven't used the unit yet since the school semester isn't yet over, but I can say my interactions over the phone with the staff has been very positive. They are very helpful and friendly, and are looking to please their customers. They clearly explained fees and costs, and I anticipate a very smooth transition to using the unit. I will update the review after I begin using the unit, but so far, I am very satisfied.
