I looked around for quite awhile until settling on this facility. Reserving was easy, as was check in. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Facility was spotless.
From the on line check in, the welcome smile from manager, the complete deal was perfect. Feel security is important to them and cleanliness is excellent.
Just moved in but so far it been relatively painless. I wasn't happy with having to pay for the insurance but that is what it is. I am impressed with how well the building appears to be maintained. And the availability of carts to move things. After being there I had no qualms about storing the things that I needed there.
