Clean, Well Lit, Great Customer Service
I always get nervous in storage facilities but Extra Space is very well lit up, security is great, facilities are very clean (even the elevators are clean and smell good), and the ladies that helped me through the process were wonderful! I would definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone looking.

No confusion, no wasted time, no upsell pressure,just precise execution and real customer service. He walked us through unit options, pricing, and access in a way that was straightforward and honest, and had everything set up immediately. The facility itself is spotless, secure, and well-managed, but Mike is what makes this location operate at a high level. If you want a storage experience that actually feels organized and efficient, ask for Mike. He sets the standard for how this place should be run.
Amy BrooksExtra Space sure makes it easy! I signed up online where I also paid. They sent me receipts and agreements via email, and then called to see if I had any questions. Once I was onsite, entry to the building seamless and the welcome package was waiting for me in my unit. The space is new and very clean and in wonderful working order. My unit is on the second floor but it’s no inconvenience because of the extra large (and quick) commercial elevator. Highly recommend! 🌟

When I stopped in to rent an additional unit Mike at Fleming Island on US 17 handled everything perfectly and quickly. Most storage facilities and any business for that matter, are pretty straight forward what sets great ones apart in my opinion is the customer service. At this facility it is always excellent!
