The #truthwhispererI showed up on Sunday to move out and it was the last day of the month. Nobody answered the phone and nobody answered the door at the residence on site. I arrived at opening the next morning to tell them that I moved out and they are still trying to charge me 4 a half of months rent. Almost every time I've been there they ride by on the golf cart to see what I'm doing. So why is my moving the lady admitted that she saw me there moving my stuff but didn't stop by to ask me what I was doing as usual. Now they're going to try to ruin my credit and everything it's just ridiculous how they treat a disabled veteran. These people are despicable and their actions are Criminal. The lady refused to give me the name of the owner. I'm going to be filing a claim against these folks after I talk to the Better Business Bureau
brian cannonI rented a a/c locker there a couple years ago and there a/c unit broke so my items were in 90+ degree temperatures. I asked the owner for a refund for the difference in price for a none a/c unit since I was paying for something I wasn't receiving. He then proceeded to tell me it's not his fault the a/c wasn't working. After becoming extremely rude he told me if I didn't like it I could move my stuff. The guy knew it would cost me to much to move my stuff so I was stuck paying. I would avoid this place at all cost.
SonnyI reserved a storage unit online and had it set for me to move in on November 1. I drove over on October 27 to check everything out and was told they had no 10x10 units available and looked at me like I had 2 heads when I showed them the reservation. Tip: don’t allow online reservations if you don’t seem to understand how they work.
