We just moved out after 2 years. At move in they were 130 per month for a 10x20 unit so we got a second unit. After the first 3 months we experienced the rate going up every couple months until it got to $390 per unit plus tax and fees..It ended up for 2 unkempt units that (one of the doors never operated properly) and the weather strip on the bottom let in water and roaches. While we were there they reroofed the whole complex and left screws which ended up in our tires. We were on auto pay but one day we came and they cut off our lock and put their own on by error. To their credit they gave us a new upgraded lock. We ended up paying over $800 per month for units with no roof insulation. Our equipment got very hot in summer and there is no ventilation. I really hate to characterize it this way because the attendant was a sweetheart but the company she works for has greed issues. What a scam they have going on there in my opinion! I ran a business all my life and would never treat my customers that way! When they re roofed they opened all the vacant units and it was no wonder it seemed like only 15-20% occupied …that explains why they had to keep upping the rent on a regular basis. You’re gonna read a bunch of 5 star reviews because the attendants are very nice and professional however, they must not be watching the rent go up or maybe they don’t care or are asleep!

Very accommodating and professional staff, drive aisles could use some clearing of debris, (the same plastic pieces from broken fire extinguisher boxes have been there for months) but no pest issues arose, and cameras and fencing was added while I was renting, so the added security was much appreciated and noted! Communication and customer experience were superior to most and that goes a long way. Moving and storage are stressful. The easygoing atmosphere and efficient process provided deserves acknowledgement from their superiors. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you! Front desk is amazing. Competitive rates and promotions as well. Thank you!

Went today for a 10x10 storage and just switched to a 10x20 because of the good price and also 2 months free. Place is clean and excellent customer service. Madeline is the reason for those 5 stars ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️
