Such a nice facility and staff. Very convenient easy move in, modern, clean, highly recommend!
New facility love it! They provide covered unloading area and ample amount of carts. Definitely would refer this to family and friends.
We went by the facility to check it out and make sure it was both clean and secure. The manager John was both friendly and helpful, showing us a variety of sized units available. I picked one that was ground floor, climate controlled and "probably" a little larger than needed as I didn't want to get stuck on move-in day with too much stuff and not enough room. The booking process was easy online and we went back on the Saturday to make sure all was ready before Monday morning move-in. John was not there but the young lady on duty was also very pleasant and helpful. Monday morning at move-in, we realized we had way overdone the size. John, the manager, immediately found us a more suitable unit and solved our problem with a smile! Overall, this experience far exceeded our expectations. Moving is a pain.... this was easy!
Love the customer service. The staff is on top of all me questions and needs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Thanks for being so nice.
