I am modifying this review as Josh (District Manager) has reached out to explain how appointments work if I need someone. Josh has been given a reprieve on my 30% increase for a couple of months. I re-rate Customer service to be above average, as someone bothered to reach out to me. It is much appreciated. I will re-iterate that the facility and grounds are very clean and uncluttered. (Original Review - For transparency) I have been in my unit for about 6-months now. I never see a person in the office. Good luck if you need to find somebody to address any issues, which I had when I moved in. Got my first rental rate increase! It was a nice 30% increase. Per contract they have to give a 30-days notice, which they did. But, you really need to explain why. Its just good customer communication. Customer service rates a ZERO. The facility is great otherwise. Entry to the property using your phone is a great idea. Property is clean and clutter free.

Now for this small storage unit, I think it's kind of ridiculous. However, the people working here are very nice and professional. Susan, in particular. After reading my review, a member of the management team has contacted me.\nAnd has lowered my monthly payment.This was unexpected.I'm pretty happy about it

He discovered that my account was set to office hours which he change right away and was able to give me a discount for the next 3 months, thank you! This place is terrible, the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the woman in the office is so nice and helpful as she can be. First more often than not I can’t access the property before 9:30am when the office opens, it’s supposed to be open at 6.
