Kathleen was more then patient with my moving date was moved up,she sent me a electronic statement to sign to keep the reservation and was pleasant, friendly,professional and a pleasure to rent from,also set me up with auto pay so I'll never be late. I've rented from Public storage and others in south Florida never friendly and always set you up to fail.

I went all over town looking for a mattress cover and stopped at five different U-Haul’s. This place had the match cover and it was open early on the Saturday morning. Kathleen was very accommodating. I was able to help me out. Very friendly service very transparent, clean! If I ever need anything I’m coming back to Kathleen.
Janet IiphreThe process to getting situated through the office was a bit complicated. However the lady Kathryn at the office was helpful. She provided assistance when needed and kept a decent disposition about the issues that may have arose at hand. She provided the right size storage unit to us and the right lock the first time. We were also able to use the restroom and take our time placing our items in storage and given the best routes for being sure we don’t get scammed out of any of our money and time with proper documentation and digital credit back to our family. Great company!! She tried to interact with my children and was very concerned with her teeth and advised us to never get dentures 😂😂😂.
