The manager, Melissa is super intelligent, strong and a great leader for that location. Additionally, she is friendly and really cares about people. She definitely makes sure that the customer’s needs are met. Angel, an Assistant Manager is an incredible person. He takes the proper amount of time and energy to ensure confidence in the facility and makes sure you are comfortable in keeping your possessions in the rented storage room. An impressive personality and huge heart are the leading characteristics of this individual. Assistant Manager Keira is also a member of the team and she takes the time to explain how their system works and all the related benefits for choosing Extra Space Storage. To be honest, personally I am going through a very hard time in my life. Keira showed deep kindness and compassion. She is definitely a special person and a hard worker!
