Staff very easy to work with.
I found them very helpful during a stressful time. Easy to work with, very understanding, very professional, knowledgeable. I found the pricing better than the other storage places I contacted. I appreciated them letting me know how I could save additional money on the unit.
Great Storage Facility!
I originally made my reservation for a Friday but couldn't make it that day so I had to change it for the following Saturday. The manager on duty changed the day and made my move in pleasant and easy. I'd definitely recommend this facility to all my friends and family.
Great place and clean.
Excellent customer service. They are friendly and helpful. The only flaw is that you have to play with the sliding lock in order to line it up and put your lock on. Im not use to that. I like when you shut it slide the slide put on the lock and thats it.

Lisa and John were very helpful. I had a concern and they were able to resolve it. I definitely recommend this storage company. I was with them for about 2 years and never had a problem. This is a great place, friendly staff and a smile goes a long way. This is the place to use!

Cory MillerThe place has upgraded since I first started using a unit. Now I pay roughly 35% more from what I originally agreed to. They have periodically mailed me rate increase notices to include the most recent one where in a February letter said my bill would increase again in April - only for my March bill to be increased as well. If I could afford the time off and a rental truck - I'd move my stuff to a bigger unit for this same price in San Antonio or Zephyrhills.
