Everyone else I called had a bunch of hidden cost and extra fees that made the prices double. These guys were easy and straightforward to deal with.
They called me and had me signed up into a unit in under 15 minutes after I made my reservation. Paid over the phone, they gave me a gate code and all I had to do was bring my own lock and send a picture of my drivers license. No hustle at all.
I rented from this storage space before and came back to it after the hurricanes while I'm in a transitional time. The wearhouse may not be posh and fancy, but it is safe, secure, and climate controlled, plus the price is the best in the area. There is a gate coming into the property that needs a code, and the warehouse is secured by a locked coded door, too. It is a large warehouse with units separated by chainlink fence so we can secure our belongings safely. There is no elevator, and I got units on the second floor both time because they are cheaper, but a 3x8x8 unit at $200 for 6 months is exactly what I need. The regular price is $45 for my unit size on the second floor, but I got discounted rates both times and stomaching hundreds of dollars to store things doesn't feel good for anyone so the price is perfect for me. It may not be what everyone is looking for, but I'd definitely recommend it for a friend!
