HANDS DOWN Affordable Secure Storage in Citrus Springs is the best storage facility I have ever used! The facility itself is spotless, however it goes far beyond that. From my very first phone conversation with the on-site manager, Donna, working with her has been a total joy! Her style is to provide people with "old-fashioned" customer service and she does that every step of the way. She treats her customers' stored belongings as if they were her own, including checking every evening to make sure people have locked their units correctly (I know this from personal experience). I highly recommend this facility and have already sent several friends there!

Donna is an exceptional person. She looks out for the clients concerning payments. She reminded us when we our bill was due So we wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t get late charges. She was super flexible with making arrangements to get a storage area. Thanks Donna.

Gregory AThis is just my experience. I read the reviews and put it on my stops to get a propane tank filled. I was an hour into my errand run when I got there. I waited a bit as someone ahead of me was trying to rent a trailer. When it was my turn I was told by the counter person that she wasn’t authorized to fill propane tanks. And the person who could was in a meeting and she suggested I come back later. I went to Tractor Supply and filled my tank.
