Please read your contract over. The price you start at goes up by more than half after one year. They add an insurance which is “mandatory per the contract” something not mentioned. If God forbid you miss your payment and go past two weeks they cut your lock and force you to buy another one. If you miss the payment and roll into the next month you cant get any help from these people and they force you to pay two months before you regain access knowing your obviously going through something and could not pay the one month to begin with. Customer service is all overseas on the phone, then they all say they cant help you so you’re stuck with no help. Honestly I do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere where there is real people available to help. These are your personal belongings that they hold hostage when you run into unfortunate situations.

Ceiling insulation collapse. Rats. No ac in climate control area. Moving in 2 people passed out requested manger they directed me to corporate no reply. Raised the price. Low quality units high rates. As soon as I get back to Florida my stuff will be removed immediately. Update. Front desk is rude. Flying back to Florida with in 30days to remove. Rip off. Im done. Screw this terrible company. Update 1-27 Moved out had to cut the lock they put on cause they swore they didn't put it on and found the lock they cut in the unit. On the ground next to a broken mirror thanks. Corporate never reached out. They can shove it never got help from them or anyone on site. Also no interior hallways are damaged and dont lock or shut. So secure 👍
