The locker itself and facility seem fine so far, I feel safe keeping my belongings here. We were helped by Shameka, who was absolutely wonderful!! She was very thorough with explaining everything, gave us lots of useful advice, and was just overall super sweet and a pleasure to do business with. I'm very happy with my experience!

Patti is personable, professional, prompt and will always answer questions and assist without any hesitation. Recently, there was an issue with my credit card where payment was not made and she communicated with me prior to the late payment date. Obviously, this was very helpful and appreciated because the other storage facilities where I have rented would never have contacted me prior to the late payment date. If you want friendly and professional storage, then this location is the place for you.
