Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Best storage place. Accommodated my disability preference and assisted me with a bottom floor unit right next to the entrance. BEST AGENT EVER!!

The price was perfect, the unit was perfect, and the people were so very friendly. The access was amazing. I was able to move all of my stuff in within two days. They were able to cater to my disability needs and assisted me to make sure my things were secure. Great company!!

Ray PlantI was a bit intimidated at the beginning, I opened my account virtually from the locations show room. My doubts were quickly put to rest as the young lady walked me through the process and U was able to access my unit in less than 15 minutes! The facility is always clean and and accessible. I did get a price increase going into June but I do not have an issue because it is money best spent. I would recommend Prime Storage to anyone I can. Thank you Prime Storage, Great Job!! R Plant
