Best pricing around!
So we are moving and a lot of things we were not taking with us we wanted to put into storage. My fiancé and I looked around at all the closest facilities in our area and SmartStop Self Storage literally had the best pricing! All of the other facilities wanted almost double the price that they are charging here for their units and it's indoors! So in my opinion kind of a no-brainer there. Also, the receptionist I spoke with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, as well as showed me the facility and my unit before purchasing it to make sure it was the size I actually needed. So, overall we definitely had a great experience and if you decide to rent from here we hope to u do too!

This was my first time renting a storage. It was easy to book online. They held the unit for me without requiring a down payment which was great. The unit I booked was $83 a month. When we moved in, there was a mandatory insurance policy I needed to purchase, a lock, and administration fees that I was not aware of before arriving. Total was $146. It was a nice facility, the woman at the front desk was very friendly. I would use them again.
Michael CherryI reserved a 10x15 this week.Keturah who works there called me immediately. She’s very nice a remembers me for previously renting there. Anyway, I was concerned with the price and when it would go up. She told me it could go up from 1-200% at month 4 which is too quick based on my experiences with several storage facilities over the years. Anyway, I asked could I speak to upper management about this and was told she would pass the message on. Today I reserved a call from a gentleman from I guess upper management that told me I was on a do not rent list. When I asked why he said there was no notes and that the previous manager who no longer works there ( I wonder why ) left. He couldn’t answer why and would not accept my reservation or business which was strange. So here I am again letting everyone know that this location uses low prices to get you in and will likely double your rent after only 4 months. I do not recommend this place especially if you intend to stay past 4 months. No other storage facility raises their prices this quickly and this high. * STAY AWAY FROM THEM
