Derrick DavisAll was pleasant. Found online who was near me, clicked on them and a bunch of available units popped up with price and size. Found unit that would best fit my need reserved online few days prior to needing. Next day recieved a phone call from manager checking up how I would like to finish setting up my unit. Nice that I was just able to do everything online completely and unit was ready when I pulled up. Also nice to hear from the manager checking if everything was OK and if I needed anything or any questions, that to just call him. No complaints and A+ on customer service! Happy customer.

Marc TheriaultThe phone experience with the manager concerning my particular circumstances went perfectly. Was advised I would be dealing with an “associate” at the other locale. The associate was meticulously maintaining the grounds when I arrived, and after checking in with him, with his prediction of a minor issue then coming true, he proceeded to correct it then and there! Love this place!!!
