Double door entry access is annoying and innovative as it is on a timer. You have to unload everything then open the door and get your items inside before the door closes and you have to enter your code again. No left turn when exiting facility onto Naaman's Rd. In a large truck making a left turn is a challenge.
I might have given 5 stars because the facility appears to be new. However, online reservations don't allow you to select your unit. Lacks adequate signage from the road. Sign for an apartment complex instead. Lacks adequate lighting at night. Is difficult to access from both directions by car. One-way in & out, difficult to navigate a 26ft truck.
