I showed up on Monday morning. Rachel was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was calm, explained everything well and there was hardly any wait at all. She made sure I was informed of the times they were there and highly encouraged me to call for any questions. She was able to accommodate a bigger unit on very short notice for a fair price too!
