Terrell Walden Assistant Store Manager, was extremely detailed and provided phenomenal customer service from start to finish. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and even helped me identify things I hadn’t thought about. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared. He wasn’t trying to upsell me or push me into a bigger unit. Instead, he worked with me strategically to find the best solution. His professionalism was top tier, but at the same time the experience felt very personal and customized. That balance is rare. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and really looks out for the customer. Overall, just a great, humble guy and a true asset to this location. Highly recommend working with him if you need storage.

He gave my mother senior discount without us even asking and was all around a very professional and friendly person.
