Prime storage offered the best price and also included a free month. It was conveniently located for me and the account creation was simple. The managers introduced themselves upon my first visit and helped me to finish up any necessary paperwork and proof of insurance. Excellent experience. Very clean and friendly
This location had a great first impression. I met Lisa and she is very friendly. She walked me to my unit and set me up with the gate. The unit was clean and very straight forward

We had a small indoor climate controlled unit that we recently closed down. The unit itself was fine but the building (#10) it’s in could use some maintenance. The locking doors don’t all lock. Not sure the building is truly climate controlled because it was very very cold in the winter and very very warm in the late summer. Wish that I had brought a thermometer. The support staff is excellent and very personable. I received good communication on the status of my account and all prorated charges were returned to me within a couple of business days. Check out/inspection was efficient.
