Kathryn OnorataAbsolutely disgusted that I've been in the unit less than 2 months and they sent me notice of the rate being raised, by a substantial amount. To begin with, when I initially called to rent a unit, I requested a 10' x 10' storage space. The cust svc rep asked how much I had and I told her maybe 3/4 of a 12' x 12' box truck. She recommended that a 5' x 10' would be big enough, so that's what I rented. Well, a 5' x 10' was not big enough! But, I was in a time crunch and had to return the moving truck...so I rented a second storage unit, so I could finish unloading the truck. I thought I could leave my things in the units a few months, since the rates were so reasonable and now they've raised them, so it's become a problem. I'm so frustrated and aggravated, because now I can't afford both units, when I only wanted one to begin with and I don't know what to do, because I currently have no other space for my belongings. I don't appreciate being put in this situation, just a couple of months after relocating. I feel they pulled a "bait & switch" on me and I intend to get my things out of this place, as soon as possible. They're going to lose a customer.
