Came in today due to issues with another company Pattie and Dan were extremely helpful and empathetic to our situation. Absolutely beautiful facility clean bright and high tech with perks for days. But the best perk was talking to these two great people who made a rough situation more manageable. Anyone needing storage run dont walk here and protect your belongings.

I’ll start by saying I'm writing this review with my jaw still on the floor! I stopped by Distinct Storage today after speaking with Dan on the phone, looking to relocate from a different facility that is truly not taking care of their place. I walked in the door was warmly greeted by Patti and Dan with big smiles! Patti immediately helped, me and my boyfriend over to there “snack” corner, filled with good snacks, hot teas and a beautiful (and biggest) keruig I have ever seen!! Once we got our drinks Dan immediately brought us through a tour of the facility! Since I already spoke to Dan, he knew what I was looking for, had it written down and ready! This place is BEAUTIFUL, from the inside, out, (very modern) and truly, the nicest storage unit facility I’ve seen. Dan answered all questions and was so knowledgeable of this facility and all the inner workings!(I even thought he was the owner with how he carried himself) They have a truck for use(first come first serve), they have an app(so way to use) that always you to see all information about your unit, and they also have Dollie’s and Handtrucks. Needless to say, I immediately signed the paper work! (They even gave us a goodie bag) could go on and on!!! Dan and Patti are the best! If you’re looking for storage space or looking to get out of your old dusty storage unit… THIS IS THE PLACE.

These guys contracted us to install a Husqvarna automower. They were fantastic to work with and even let us dip into the free snacks and fresh brewed coffee they have for their customers. The facility is by far the cleanest and nicest I have ever seen.

I had an amazing experience with Distinct Storage in New Milford! The facility is incredibly clean, secure, and their climate controlled storage units gave me total peace of mind knowing my belongings are protected year-round. One of the best perks is that they offer a FREE move-in truck, which took so much stress off my move and saved me the hassle and expense of trying to find or rent one myself. That alone made the process so much easier. From the moment I walked in, Heather was absolutely wonderful, so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. She even made me the best cup of coffee ever while helping me get set up! And meeting her super sweet pup Frasier was the cherry on top. If you're looking for storage in New Milford, I highly recommend Distinct Storage. Excellent customer service, top-notch security, and an all-around great experience!
